Please note that this FAQ is for Bookings received via indie Travel (indietravel.co). Bookings received via the indie booking widget /Shopify app/Integrations have separate payment terms.
Contracting with Guests
When you accept a booking request or receive a booking confirmation through indie, you enter into a contract directly with the Guest. You are responsible for delivering the Tour or Activity under the terms and at the price specified in your Listing. You also agree to pay applicable fees like indie’s commission fee (and applicable taxes) for each booking. indie via Bank Transfer will deduct amounts you owe from your payout unless you and we agree to a different method.
When do hosts get paid?
